1. Hydrate Yourself
Drink Plenty of water for the whole day. 3-4 liters of water is recommended for a man daily and in the case of women, it is 2-3 liters. You should drink a minimum of 8 glass of water in a day. 2. Eat Fruits and Vegetables
Try to eat seasonal fruit and vegetables. Try to avoid frozen fruits and vegetables. Eat fruits in daily snacks. You can eat every fruit like apple, mango, berries, banana, grapes, oranges watermelon and cherries but eat mango and berries in moderation.
3. Choose Your Snack Right
It is very natural that we eat the most unhealthy stuff in the snacks only. There is no harm to eating oily snacks but only if you eat it in moderation. for example instead of having 2-3 plates of pakoras you can have only a few pieces just for the taste. Try to switch to a healthy snack like sprouts, corns chaat, corn cob, roasted dry fruits. If you limit or avoid unhealthy snacks eating then you will automatically start reducing your weight.

4. Limit Your Sugar Intake
If you want to lose weight avoid having too much sugar. You can only take 25 gm or less sugar in a day. More than that is not good for your weight. Eat natural sugar instead of the refined one. If you have tea or coffee in your daily routine then limit the amount of sugar you use or switch to black tea, black coffee, or green tea. If you have the habit of having tea or coffee with milk and sugar then reduce its numbers to only 1 a day.
5. Have A Light Dinner
