Ingredients For Soup
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 carrot
- 2 cups of water
- Black salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp chopped coriander
- 1 small onion and garlic paste (Optional)
- Wash tomatoes and carrot and peel them.
- Cut carrot and tomatoes in pieces.
- Take a pressure cooker and mix carrot tomatoes and onion-garlic paste in it. also, add some water, black salt, and black pepper.
- Now cook it on medium flame until 3-4 whistles blow.
- Now open the pressure cooker and peel the tomatoes. and let it cool down.
- Now blend all the material in a blender.
- It the soup is thick then in a bowl add some water and soup in it and cook until a boil comes.
- Garnish with coriander.
- Serve it hot.
