- Do not Eat anything other than fruits in your breakfast.

This step is for lunch and dinner
- Eat 4 Types of raw vegetables in your lunch and dinner daily.
- Your vegetable intake should be “your weight in kg * 5 = ___gm”
- After eating it eat your lunch and dinner.

Things to Avoid in Your Daily Routine
- Packed Food
- Refined Food
- Dairy Food/ Animal Food
- Avoid Drinking Tea/ Coffee Especially Before Lunch
- Never Eat After 8 pm
- Nutritional Suppliement
What You Can Eat For Snacking
- Soaked Nuts
- Coconut Water
- Hunza Tea
Cheat Meal: You can eat your fav dish only once a week. This will fulfill your craving and keeps you motivated.
