  4. After every meal of the day, do not eat or drink anything for at least two hours.
  5. Those who are old or sick and are unable to drink 4 glasses of water at the beginning may commence by taking little water and gradually increase it to 4 glasses per day.
  6. The Japanese water theory claims to cure diseases and give you a fit and healthy life.

If you are not able to drink 4 glass of water at once then start with little and increased it gradually. Also for Elderly people, they can also start with little water and increased it gradually

  1. Walk daily for an hour to boost your metabolism
  2. Gargle with warm water and salt a few times before going on bed.
