
From seventh month third and final trimester starts. This is the last stage of your pregnancy. Fat begins to be deposited on your baby. At the seventh month height of your baby is about 36 cms and weight is arround two to four pound. If born prematurely then your baby probably survives after the seventh month.
Now you baby is able to hear very well and moves very frequently. Also, he has a fixed schedule for sleeping and waking up. From this month you suddenly start looking big as you gain weight very rapidly. So you just need to make sure
gaining weight is required for those who are underweight so that they can handle pregnancy. But if you are overweight then you don’t have to gain much weight. It is good for you if you gain only baby weight which will automatically reduce after your delivery. So stop eating junk food as it will gain weight unnecessarily.
Symptoms During Seventh Month
Though pregnancy symptoms varies women to women. But there are some common symptoms below which found in most of women
- Back Pain
- Difficulty in walking
- Abdominal Cramps
- Shortness in breathing
- Frequent Pee
- Mood Swings
- Heart Burn

Baby Growth
At this stage, if the baby born then there are good chances of his survival. The brain of your baby and nervous system are growing fast now. Lungs also begin to function. Also, his hearing is fully developed. he has a fixed sleeping and waking cycle. He can also open his eyes. Now he is getting too big to move around. you can feel his kicks very frequently.
Body Changes
By this time you are getting big week by week. You can gain up to one kg weight every week from now. So you just need to care about weight gain. Too much weight gain is not good. Your baby button also comes at the outer side rather inner as before. Some of you may have a problem in sleeping which leads to the sleepless night. Your Breast is getting ready to feed so you may find leaking fluid. You will probably see more stretch mark on your tummy, thighs and near underarms. Some women have glowing skin and some have darkene.
Tips
- Add some workout or yoga to your routine
- Walk or Brisk walk daily
- Eat healthy avoid junk
- Minimize sugar intake , try to have sugar in fruits only
- Add dairy products and nuts to your diet.
- Keep track of your blood pressure and sugar. make a chart if possible.
- Visit your doctor for a checkup.
- Reduce Stress.
