1. Drink Plenty of Water

Water helps in boosting your metabolism as it flushes out the toxins from your body that’s why its a very good source of antioxidant. For a healthy body, you should drink at least 8-10 glass of water a day. It will help you to boost metabolism and also maintain weight.

2. Sleep Good

If you are sleeping well than it is good for both your health and metabolism too. if you are sleeping less than your metabolism rate will decrease automatically and which will than cause increase weight and obesity.

3. Dont Starve

You know in the process of metabolism what you eat is converted into energy, so if you eat very less your body will not get enough energy and result in a slower metabolism. So do not starve your self by keeping your self hungry. Try to eat healthy snacks if you feel hungry avoid junk food. This helps you in keeping yourself full and you can get rid of starving.

4. Protein-rich Diet

The protein-rich diet also helps in increasing metabolism rate and helps you to maintain muscle mass. So add more protein to your diet. Especially to your breakfast. Indulge yourself in eating protein-rich breakfast which increases your metabolism by 20-30% which is highest among all type of food. It also helps you to feel full during the whole day and provide you a good amount of energy.

5. Do High-Intensity Workout

High-intensity workout speed up your metabolism even after you finished with them.So if your want to improve your metabolism then opt for high-intesity workout.

6. Be Active

Metabolism rate also depends upon how active you are. If you are very active then your metabolism rate is faster. If you are not active or slightly active then your metabolism is slower automatically. To be active you don’t have to do much, you just keep your self busy with basics like walking, standing up while working, do your household yourself, etc.

Green Tea is one of the best immunity booster with no calories intake. Having 2-3 green tea a day will provide you so many health beneifts like weight lose,speed up metabolism etc.
