3. Bound Angle Pose (Baddha Konasana)

Baddha Konasana, also Called Bhadrasana, Bound Angle Pose, throne pose, Butterfly pose or cobbler’s Pose. This is a seated asana in hatha yoga. Bound Konasana is excellent preparation for cross-legged sitting poses and an intense stretch for the adductors (inner thigh muscles).

6. Easy Pose (Sukhasana)

Easy Pose is the basic pose for meditation. It can be performed at any age. This pose can also be performed by the beginner. Sukhasana comes from the Sanskrit word Sukham that means easy, pleasure, comfort, and pleasure. It is best to practice this asana in the morning.
When we think of this pose it seems to be very easy to do but in reality, this pose is not that easy. As when we want to do this pose in the right way then there are lots of work on it to do like the proper alignment of the body. 7. Camel Pose (Ustrasana)

The pose resembles a bridge, hence the name. This pose is good for so many reasons.
10.Bow Pose (Dhanurasana)

Bow Pose is a posture resembling the shape of a bow that’s why it is called Dhanurasana. In this asana the torso and legs representing the body of the bow, and the arms the string. It is a basic posture of Hatha yoga. This pose is a great way for us to release stress and also correct your posture.
Bow pose is a fantastic stretch for the spine, abdominals, hip flexors, biceps and pecs.
